This messaging program sends order confirmations and follow-up messages to customers who have placed a pickup order with a Stryvex Solutions-powered restaurant through SMS, Instagram DM, WhatsApp, or phone, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications.
Opt-in is collected at the point of order — when a customer initiates contact and places an order, they are consenting to receive order-related messages. Messages may include:
You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Simply reply STOP to any message you receive from us.
Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us through this program.
To opt back in, simply place a new order or text the restaurant's number again, and you will resume receiving order-related messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to network availability and carrier policies. Stryvex Solutions is not responsible for any delays or failures in message delivery caused by third-party carriers.
Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you and from you. Message frequency varies based on your order activity. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Stryvex Solutions does not charge recipients for SMS messages — standard carrier rates from your mobile plan apply.

The following terms govern your use of Stryvex Solutions services generally.
Stryvex Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "us") provides AI-powered pickup ordering technology to restaurants. Our services enable restaurants to receive and manage customer pickup orders through automated SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram DM, and phone AI systems.
Services are provided on a month-to-month subscription basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.
Restaurant clients ("Clients") using Stryvex Solutions agree to:
Subscription fees are billed monthly at the rate agreed upon at the time of signup. Currently, our standard rate is $250 per month per restaurant location. Fees are due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
There are no setup fees, no contracts, and no cancellation penalties. You may cancel at any time and your service will continue through the end of the current billing period.
Stryvex Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost orders, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Stryvex Solutions in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Suffolk County, Massachusetts.
